Liquid Memories

PERSONAL | 2022–23

A personal project, Liquid Memories explores the link between the drinks we consume and the memories we hold. In this series, I have paired alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with moments in ones life, diving into the reasoning and the fondness (or disgust) that arises when a certain drink is brought up in conversation.

I would not be assuming to say that most have a memory of a certain event that can be matched with a drink, such as a favourite champagne with close friends on a spring Saturday, or a whiskey that followed one throughout a holiday in Scotland that brings back joyful, bittersweet memories when sipped on years later.

This series is currently paused, but a select few prints can be purchased privately.
